摘要
本实验利用微波消解法对中草药复方饲料添加剂进行前处理,结合电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)对中草药复方饲料添中15种元素含量进行检测分析。结果表明:在一定浓度范围内所测元素线性关系良好,且相关系数均≥0.9956,检出限为0.0045~0.1254μg/kg,定量限为0.0124~0.8945μg/kg;采用该方法对粮谷类质控样进行检测,其所含15种元素的测定值均在真实值范围内,相对标准偏差(RSDs)均小于10.0%,表明该方法精密度及准确度良好,能满足实验要求。采用主成分分析对中草药复方饲料添加剂中15种元素含量数据标准化处理后进行综合评价,前4个主成分累积方差供献率为79.072%,能代表原始数据矩阵信息,可以确定Na、Mg、Ca、Fe、Se、Sb、Mo是中草药复方饲料添加剂的特征元素。研究表明,所建立的方法可快速准确地分析评价家禽饲料中中草药复方饲料添加剂中无机元素的含量,为其质量控制、科学评价提供理想的分析方法。
The Chinese herbal compound feed additive was pre-treated by microwave digestion method,and the content of 15 mineral elements in Chinese herbal compound feed was determined by ICP-MS.The results showed that the correlation were all≥0.9956,and the limits of detection and quantification were 0.0045~0.1254μg/kg and 0.0124~0.8945μg/kg respectively.The method was used to verify the national standard quality control samples of rice(GBW10010a)and wheat(GBW10011a).The measured values of 15 elements were all within the range of true values,and the relative standard deviation(RSDs)was less than 10.0%,indicating that the method had good precision and accuracy,and could meet the experimental requirements.The content data of 15 mineral elements in Chinese herbal compound feed were standardized and evaluated by principal component analysis.The contribution rate of the first 4 principal components was 79.072%,which could represent the original data matrix information,and it could be determined that Na,Mg,Ca,Fe,Se,Sb and Mo were the characteristic elements of Chinese herbal compound feed additives.The results indicated that the established method could quickly and accurately analyze and evaluate the content of inorganic elements in Chinese herbal compound feed additives in poultry feed,and provide an ideal analysis method for its quality control and scientific evaluation.
