摘要
针对渤海油田低效井侧钻设计工作量大、侧钻低效、成本较高等问题,通过中深层侧钻优化轨迹设计、节约进尺、避开复杂井段开窗,建立了一趟式与两趟式开窗工具费用分析公式,优选了开窗工具以节约费用;针对同层侧钻井钻遇大段泥岩及含水率高导致老井低效生产的情况,选择水平套管井。裸眼完钻方案中,使用钻井平台作业时,套管开窗侧钻整体方案费用低;使用修井机作业时,裸眼侧钻方案整体费用低。结果表明,量体裁衣式的低效井侧钻方案设计能够最大限度降低侧钻井的作业成本,并取得了较好的应用效果。
Design for inefficient well sidetracking of Bohai oilfield increased greatly recent years.Optimize sidetracking programs and reduce costs is important.Trajectory and window sidetracking tools were optimizing chosen for middle depth sidetracking to reduce costs.Horizontal casing well could solve mudstone and water contain problems for same layer sidetracking.For open hole completion well,window sidetracking costs lower for drilling platform working,and open hole sidetracking is suitable for workover rig.One to one design method for inefficient well sidetracking could reduce costs efficiently,good application results have been obtained.
