摘要
目的从中医护理专科培训参培护士的需求视角探索中医专业化高质量护理人才队伍的建设需求,为优化中医护理专业化人才队伍培训提供依据。方法对15名省级中医护理专业化培训护士进行半结构式访谈,并用Colaizzi7步法进行分析并提炼主题。结果最终归纳为3个主题:突出中医专业化培训的专科性;落实理论授课结合临床护理实例;简化培训考核合理安排。结论中医护理专业化培训应细化选拔指标,着眼于临床实践,与参培护士专科特点相结合,增加中医专业化培训护士的专科技能实践机会,合理安排考核项目,关注中医专业化培训护士身心健康。
Objective To explore the needs for the construction of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)professional high-quality nursing personnel from the perspective of the needs of nurses training in TCM nursing specialties,and to provide a basis for optimizing the training of TCM nursing professional personnel.Methods A semi-structured interview was conducted among 15 provincial nurses trained in TCM nursing,and the subject was analyzed by Colaizzi7 step method.Results The results can be summarized into three themes:Highlighting the specialization of TCM professional training;Implementing theoretical teaching combined with clinical nursing examples;Simplifying the reasonable arrangement of training and assessment.Conclusion The professional training of TCM nursing should refine the selection indicators,focus on clinical practice,combine with the specialty characteristics of nurses participating in training,increase the practice opportunities of specialized skills of nurses trained in TCM,rationally arrange assessment items,and pay attention to the physical and mental health of nurses trained in TCM.
