摘要
规模化养殖背景下,水产养殖逐渐暴露出低效益、高污染等问题。为有效兼顾水产养殖的经济效益和环境效益,生物絮团技术应运而生,旨在调控水质,提高饲料利用率和水生动物成活率。虽然生物絮团被认为是最有效的养殖水体处理技术,且在欧美发达国家中得到广泛应用,但国内对生物絮团的研究尚处于起步阶段。因此,文章从生物絮团的营养价值出发,对前人的研究成果进行总结,力求为水产养殖的转型升级提供参考和借鉴。
Under the background of large-scale aquaculture,aquaculture has gradually exposed problems such as low efficiency and high pollution.In order to effectively balance the economic and environmental benefits of aquaculture,biological flocculation technology has emerged,aiming to regulate water quality,improve feed utilization efficiency and aquatic animal survival rate.Although biological flocs are considered the most effective aquaculture water treatment technology and have been widely applied in developed countries in Europe and America,research on biological flocs in China is still in its early stages.Therefore,starting from the nutritional value of biological flocs,this article summarizes the research results of predecessors,striving to provide reference and inspiration for the transformation and upgrading of aquaculture.
