摘要
软实力主要是通过非物质、隐性方式提升饲料企业的竞争力和市场影响力,从而促进饲料企业的可持续发展。因为软实力包含的范围较广,如企业文化、战略规划、感召力、执行力等。为便于论述,本文从企业文化建设的视角出发,分析其对饲料企业软实力的影响,并通过文化凝聚力、文化建设、品牌建设、文化氛围等方面积极探讨饲料企业软实力的提升路径,真正让软实力成为推动饲料企业高质量发展的硬支撑。
Soft power mainly enhances the competitiveness and market influence of feed enterprises through non-material and implicit means,thereby promoting the sustainable development of feed enterprises.Because soft power encompasses a wide range of aspects,such as corporate culture,strategic planning,appeal,execution,etc.For the convenience of discussion,this article starts from the perspective of corporate culture construction,analyzes its impact on the soft power of feed enterprises,and actively explores the path of improving the soft power of feed enterprises through cultural cohesion,cultural construction,brand building,cultural atmosphere,and other aspects,truly making soft power a hard support for promoting the high-quality development of feed enterprises.
