摘要
文章旨在探究发酵棉秆对滩羊生长性能,瘤胃发酵参数和经济效益的影响。试验将120只(23.72±0.67)kg的滩羊随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复6只。试验日粮分别在基础日粮中补充以0%、5%、10%和15%发酵棉秆替代全株玉米青贮。试验为期100 d,其中预饲期5 d,正试期95 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,日粮添加10%和15%的发酵棉秆组滩羊末体重(FBW)分别显著降低4.57%和5.99%(P<0.05);日粮添加10%和15%的发酵棉秆组滩羊日增重(ADG)分别显著降低10.46%和13.25%(P<0.05);日粮添加10%和15%的发酵棉秆组滩羊料重比(F/G)分别显著提高11.29%和15.29%(P<0.05);此外,梯度发酵棉秆替代青贮全株玉米对滩羊平均干物质日采食量(ADMI)无显著影响(P<0.05)。日粮添加10%和15%的发酵棉秆组滩羊瘤胃氨态氮(NH3-N)含量显著降低于对照组(P<0.05),日粮添加10%的发酵棉秆组滩羊瘤胃氨基酸(AA)和总挥发性脂肪酸(TVFA)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),日粮添加10%和15%的发酵棉秆组滩羊瘤胃丙酸(PA)含量显著降低于对照组(P<0.05);此外,发酵棉秆对滩羊瘤胃丁酸(BA)、戊酸(VA)、异丁酸(IBA)、异戊酸(IVA)含量以及各挥发性脂肪酸比例均无显著影响(P>0.05)。使用发酵棉秆梯度替代全株玉米青贮后,饲料成本分别降低0.07、0.14和0.21元。在出栏价格一致的前提下,养殖经济收入分别为231.45、217.21、198.14和192.16元。总之,过量使用发酵棉秆替代全株玉米青贮对滩羊的瘤胃发酵和生长均有一定负面影响,尽管饲料成本大幅降低,但仍以全株青贮玉米组经济效益最高。
The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of fermented cotton stalks on the growth performance,rumen fermentation parameters,and economic benefits of Tan sheep.120 Tan sheep with a weight of(23.72±0.67 kg)were randomly divided into 4 groups,Each group consists of 5 repetitions,with 6 repetitions per group.Four groups of Tan sheep were fed with experimental feed supplemented with 0%,5%,10%,and 15%fermented cotton stalks instead of whole plant corn silage on the basis of basic feed.The experiment lasted for 100 days,with 5 days of pre feeding and 95 days of regular feeding.The results showed that compared with the control group,the FBW of Tan sheep fed with 10%and 15%fermented cotton stalks significantly decreased by 4.57%and 5.99%,respectively(P<0.05);The addition of 10%and 15%fermented cotton stalks to the diet significantly reduced the ADG of Tan sheep by 10.46%and 13.25%(P<0.05),respectively;The addition of 10%and 15%fermented cotton stalks to the diet significantly increased the F/G of Tan sheep by 11.29%and 15.29%,respectively(P<0.05);In addition,gradient fermentation of cotton stalks instead of silage corn had no significant effect on the ADMI of Tan sheep(P<0.05).The NH3-N content in the rumen of Tan sheep fed with 10%and 15%fermented cotton stalks significantly decreased compared to the control group(P<0.05),the AA and TVFA content in the rumen of Tan sheep fed with 10%fermented cotton stalks significantly decreased compared to the control group(P<0.05),and the PA content in the rumen of Tan sheep fed with 10%and 15%fermented cotton stalks significantly decreased compared to the control group(P<0.05);In addition,fermented cotton stalks had no significant effect on the rumen BA,VA,IBA,IVA content,and the proportion of volatile fatty acids in Tan sheep(P>0.05).After using fermented cotton stalks gradient to replace whole plant corn silage,the feed cost was reduced by 0.07,0.14,and 0.21 yuan,respectively.On the premise of consistent market prices,the economic income from aquaculture is 231.45,217.21,198.14 and 192.16 yuan,respectively.In summary,excessive use of fermented cotton stalks instead of whole plant corn silage has a certain negative impact on the rumen fermentation and growth of Tan sheep.Despite a significant reduction in feed costs,the economic benefits of the whole plant silage corn group are still the highest.
