摘要
文中旨在探究秸秆添加水平对白菜尾菜青贮饲料营养品质、发酵品质、微生物数量的影响。白菜尾菜和玉米秸秆分别切割成2.0×2.0 cm大小和1.0~1.5 cm长。试验设5个处理,处理1~5分别用30%、35%、40%、45%、50%的玉米秸秆添加比例替代白菜尾菜,分别作为白菜尾菜、玉米秸秆混贮1~5组。每个处理6个重复,每个青贮真空袋为1个重复。青贮9周后进行取样,用于后续指标测定。结果表明,与30%玉米秸秆添加量相比,用40%、45%、50%的玉米秸秆替代白菜尾菜,干物质含量极显著提升(P<0.01);用45%的玉米秸秆替代白菜尾菜,粗蛋白含量最高(P<0.05),可溶性碳水化合物含量最低(P<0.05);用45%的玉米秸秆替代白菜尾菜,pH、氨态氮、丁酸含量均为各组最低,乳酸、乙酸含量均为各组最高(P<0.05);用45%的玉米秸秆替代白菜尾菜,乳酸菌数量为各组最高,酵母菌、好氧细菌数量均为各组最低(P<0.05)。综上所述,用45%的玉米秸秆替代白菜尾菜可显著提升白菜尾菜青贮饲料营养品质、发酵品质,改善微生物结构。
The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of straw supplemental level on nutritional quality,fermentation quality and microbial quantity of cabbage waste.Cabbage waste and corn stalk are cut into 2.0*2.0 cm in size and 1.0~1.5 cm in length respectively.In the experiment,5 treatments were set up,and the cabbage waste was replaced by 30%,35%,40%,45%and 50%of corn stalk in treatments 1~5,respectively,and were mixed as cabbage waste and corn stalk.There were 6 replicates per treatment and 1 replicate per silage vacuum bag.Samples were taken 9 weeks after silage for subsequent index determination.The results showed as follows:compared with 30%corn stalk addition,the dry matter content of cabbage waste was very significantly increased with 40%,45%and 50%corn stalk supplementation(P<0.01).The crude protein content was the highest when 45%corn stalk was substituted for cabbage waste(P<0.05),and the soluble carbohydrate content was the lowest(P<0.05).When 45%corn stalk was substituted for cabbage waste,pH,the contents of ammonia nitrogen and butyric acid were the lowest in all groups,and the contents of lactic acid and acetic acid were the highest in all groups(P<0.05).When 45%corn stalk was substituted for cabbage waste,the number of lactic acid bacteria was the highest in all groups,and the number of yeast and aerobic bacteria was the lowest in all groups(P<0.05).In conclusion,replacing cabbage waste with 45%corn stalk can significantly improve the nutritional quality and fermentation quality of cabbage waste,and improve the microbial structure.
