自双循环新发展格局提出以来,饲料企业在高质量发展中取得明显成效,良性市场竞争格局逐渐形成。而面对饲料产能逐年递增,以及产业下游需求增速放缓的客观问题,饲料企业坚持以国内大循环为主体,在有效满足国内市场对饲料产品需求的同时,还需积极开拓海外饲料市场,从而构建出国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局。虽然双循环对饲料企业的高质量发展具有积极的推动作用,但部分饲料企业依旧存在外贸人才短缺的问题。为保障饲料外贸人才的有效供给,需要结合饲料企业实际需求,从供给端优化饲料外贸人才的培养路径,以高素质外贸人才支撑海外饲料业务的顺利开展。
