摘要
从教师对劳动人物形象的理解与研究、利用劳动人物形象进行备课、运用劳动人物形象开展教学、使用劳动人物形象后的反思这4个维度,对小学语文教师使用劳动人物形象的水平进行调查。研究发现:教师能够主动制定劳育目标,内容组织较为灵活,但对劳动课标等上位材料及劳动人物形象的认知不足,教学方法较为传统;劳动教育资源利用较为充分,时间安排充足,但劳动人物形象使用效果不佳,使用中经常遇到困难。这提示教师应吃透国家有关劳动教育政策,树立正确的劳动教育理念;深入分析劳动人物形象,充分挖掘人物的价值意蕴;围绕劳动人物形象特征,实现人物教学方法的多元化;将经历转化为经验,提升劳动人物的使用效果。
From the four dimensions of teachers'understanding and research of labor figures,using labor figures to prepare lessons,using labor figures to carry out teaching,and reflecting on the use of labor figures,this paper investigates the level of primary school Chinese teachers'use of labor figures.The results show that teachers can take the initiative to formulate the goal of labor education and the content organization is more flexible,but teachers'cognition of upper materials such as labor curriculum standards and labor characters is insufficient,and the teaching method is more traditional;the labor education resources are fully utilized and the time arrangement is sufficient,but the use of characters is not effective enough,and difficulties are often encountered in the use.This suggests that teachers should have a thorough understanding of the national labor education policies and establish correct labor education ideas;deeply analyze the image of labor characters,fully tap the value implication of characters;centering on the image characteristics of labor figure,realize the diversity of character teaching methods;promote the transformation from experience to experience,and improve the use effect of labor figures.
