摘要
本文综述了Mini LED显示产业发展的重要性,Mini-LED显示结构以及铜膜电路工艺对玻璃基板的理化性能要求,总结了Mini LED所用基板玻璃的发展趋势及实现路径。
This paper reviews the importance of Mini LED display to the development,the physical and chemical performance requirements of Mini LED display structure and copper film circuit process on glass substrates,and summarizes the development trend and implementation path of substrate glass used in Mini LED.
