摘要
本论文主要探讨了液晶玻璃基板在冷端后加工过程中产生的玻璃粉问题及其有效治理方法。液晶玻璃基板作为平板显示产业的关键基础材料,在切割、掰断、研磨等加工环节中,不可避免地会产生一定量的微细玻璃粉颗粒,这些玻璃粉不仅影响生产环境和设备寿命,更重要对基板品质造成影响,导致良品率降低。通过详细分析液晶玻璃基板后加工过程中玻璃粉产生的机理,包括切割、掰断、研磨三个工序玻璃粉产生原因,提出了系统的玻璃粉治理策略。从刀轮选型、切割质量、掰断工艺、研磨工艺等方面着手,降低玻璃粉发生率,减少玻璃粉污染,从本质上提升液晶玻璃基板后加工环节玻璃粉治理。
This paper primarily investigates the issue of adhered glass generation in the post-processing stage at the cold end for liquid crystal glass substrates and proposes effective management strategies.Liquid crystal glass substrates,being a critical foundational material in the flat panel display industry,inevitably generate a certain amount of fine adhered glass particles during processing steps such as cutting,breaking,and grinding.These adhered glass not only affect the production environment and equipment longevity but more significantly,they impact substrate quality,leading to decreased yield rates.Through a detailed analysis of the mechanisms underlying adhered glass generation during postprocessing of liquid crystal glass substrates,the study delves into the causes specific to the three processes of cutting,breaking,and grinding.Based on this analysis,the paper presents a systematic approach to managing adhered glass issues.This strategy encompasses various aspects,including the selection of suitable cutting wheels,enhancement of cutting precision,improvement of breaking techniques,optimization of grinding methodologies,all aimed at reducing the incidence of adhered glass formation and mitigating its contamination.In essence,the proposed strategies target the fundamental improvement of adhered glass control within the post-processing phase of liquid crystal glass substrates,thus contributing to an uplift in the overall quality and environmental performance of the manufacturing process.
