锂铝硅玻璃黏度、物理性能及析晶性能研究

摘要 利用高温熔融法制备锂铝硅玻璃,研究CaO、Li_(2)O含量对锂铝硅玻璃黏度、析晶性能及物理性能的影响。结果表明:SiO_(2)减少,CaO增加,非桥氧数增加,玻璃网络结构断裂程度越大,促使[AlO_(4)]转变为[AlO_(6)],[BO_(3)]转变为[BO_(4)],玻璃结构更加疏松,热膨胀系数增加,玻璃黏度减小,软化点、退火点及应变点降低,析晶倾向增大。Li_(2)O减少,Na2O增加,Na+在玻璃结构中的断网作用大于Li^(+)的积聚作用,使短程有序的范围减少,玻璃结构更加疏松,热膨胀系数增加,玻璃黏度稍有减小,软化点、退火点及应变点稍有降低,析晶倾向显著减小。 The effects of CaO and Li_(2)O contents on the viscosity,physical properties and crystallization of Li-Al-Si glass were studied.The results have shown that with the decrease of SiO_(2) content and the increase of CaO content,the non-bridging oxygen number will increase,the fracture degree of the glass network structure will be larger,which will promote the transformation of[AlO_(4)]to[AlO_(6)]and[BO_(3)]to[BO_(4)],the glass structure will become more loose,the thermal expansion coefficient will increase,the glass viscosity will decrease,the softening point,annealing point and strain point will decrease,and the crystallization tendency will increase.With the decrease of Li_(2)O content and the increase of Na2O content,the network breaking effect of Na+in the glass structure is greater than the accumulation effect of Li^(+),which will reduce the short-range order range,the glass structure will be more loose,the thermal expansion coefficient will be increased,the glass viscosity will be slightly reduced,the softening point,annealing point and strain point will be slightly reduced,and the crystallization tendency will be significantly reduced.
