摘要
溢流下拉法生产超薄平板玻璃翘曲管控手段较少,特别是应对特殊用户裁切后翘曲的测试时管控时间较长,无法满足产线快速调整的要求。通过此项研究,利用应力测试速度快的特点,找到翘曲与应力的相关性,推断出相互之间的关系,快速高效地提供给产线在翘曲调整中可参考的管控数据。
There are few control methods for warpage of ultra-thin flat glass produced by overflow pull-down method.In particular,the control time for warpage test after cutting by special users is long,which cannot meet the requirements of rapid adjustment of production line.Through this study,the correlation between warpage and stress is found by using the characteristics of fast stress testing,and the relationship between them is inferred,which can quickly and efficiently provide reference control data for the production line in warpage adjustment.
