摘要
本文研究探索了一种准确、可靠的滴定方法来测定样品中的氧化硼含量的方法,验证了滴定方法的准确性和可靠性,解决了滴定过程中指示剂显色不明显以及变色范围单一的缺点。样品经前处理完成获得含氧化硼组分的溶液,用全自动电位滴定仪经氢氧化钠标准滴定溶液滴定,得出pH和电势的变化走势,利用pH曲线导数的最大点求得氧化硼含量。用该方法测定标准物质1,标准物质2,测定结果与标准值吻合,且进行7次重复性实验得出硼含量的相对偏差为0.13%-0.39%。该方法简便、快捷,适用于不同硼含量玻璃的快速、准确检测。
This article explores an accurate and reliable titration method for determining the content of boron oxide in samples,verifies the accuracy and reliability of the titration method,and solves the problems of unclear indicator color and single color range during the titration process.After pre-treatment of the sample,a solution containing boron oxide components was obtained.The solution was titrated with sodium hydroxide standard titration solution using a fully automatic potentiometric titrator to obtain the trend of pH and potential changes.The boron oxide content was calculated using the maximum derivative of the pH curve.The method was used to determine standard substances 1 and 2,and the results were consistent with the standard values.Seven repeated experiments were conducted,and the relative deviation of boron content was found to be 0.13%-0.39%.This method is simple,fast,and suitable for rapid and accurate detection of glass with different boron contents.
