电子玻璃用高纯砂中的微量元素多种检测方法的对比

摘要 通过实验3种检测高纯砂中微量元素的方法,ICP法、熔融法及熔融法+ICP法均可作为检测高纯砂中微量元素的分析方法。通过RSD及回收率实验对比得出结论,RSDICP法<RSD熔融法<RSD熔融法+ICP法,且ICP法回收率最为接近100%,且其余两种方法损耗成本高,因此ICP法最为适合高纯砂中微量元素的检测分析。 Through experiments,three methods for detecting trace elements in high-purity sand were used.ICP method,melting method,and melting method+ICP method can all be used as analytical methods for detecting trace elements in high-purity sand.The conclusion drawn from the comparison of RSD and recovery rate experiments is that RSDICP method<RSD melting method<RSD melting method+ICP method,and the recovery rate of ICP method is closest to 100%,and the other two methods have high loss costs.Therefore,ICP method is most suitable for the detection and analysis of trace elements in high-purity sand.
