摘要
本文探讨了采用EXICOR-GEN双折射测量系统评测块状玻璃应力的方法,包括样块加工工艺、样块表面粗糙度、波纹度等性能对测试结果的影响。为避免探究结果的偶然性,在相同的条件下,通过制备并测试大量的样品进行实验数据验证和实验结果复现,重点解决了用于平板玻璃应力测试的双折射测量系统能否用于块状玻璃应力测试和怎样测的问题,最后根据前期的实验结果初步制定了块状玻璃应力光程差测试加工管控标准和定性评价标准。
This article explores the use of the EXICOR-GEN birefringence measurement system to evaluate the stress of bulk glass,including the impact of the processing technology,surface roughness,and corrugation of the test block on the test results.To avoid the randomness of the research results,a large number of samples were prepared and tested under the same conditions to verify the experimental data and reproduce the experimental results.This paper focuses on solving the problem of whether the birefringence measurement system used for flat glass stress testing can be used for bulk glass stress testing and how to measure it.Finally,based on the previous experimental results,a preliminary standard for the processing control and qualitative evaluation of the optical path difference test for bulk glass stress was formulated.
