摘要
通过对烟气特性的持续研究,结合多年的应用经验和反馈,当前开发出适用于硼硅酸盐玻璃窑炉烟气处理的新型工艺技术及装备,在实际应用过程中能够解决烟尘过滤不彻底问题,风机结晶粘附问题,冷却控制不到位等问题,从应用中实现全方位工艺对策和控制。
Through the continuous study of flue gas characteristics,combined with many years of application experience and feedback,a new process technology and equipment suitable for flue gas treatment of borosilicate glass kiln have been developed.In the practical application process,the problems of incomplete smoke and dust filtration,fan crystallization adhesion,cooling control are not in place and so on.From the application to achieve omni-directional process countermeasures and control.
