模块化退火窑在电子玻璃生产中的创新应用

摘要 本文详细介绍了一种模块化电子玻璃退火窑的技术创新,通过模块化设计实现了退火窑结构的轻便化、拆装便捷化,能够解决传统退火窑体积大、重量沉、加工运输及检修困难的问题,有效提高了生产效率,降低了维护成本。并分析了其在提升电子玻璃生产效率和产品质量等方面的应用前景。 This article provides a detailed introduction to the technological innovation of a modular electronic glass annealing kiln.Through modular design,the lightweight and convenient disassembly and assembly of the annealing kiln structure have been achieved,which can solve the problems of large volume,heavy weight,difficult processing,transportation,and maintenance of traditional annealing kilns.It effectively improves production efficiency and reduces maintenance costs.And analyzed its application prospects in improving the production efficiency and product quality of electronic glass.
