摘要
为满足高世代玻璃基板产线的生产需求,研究采用PLC结合工业机器人、伺服系统、传感器检测技术和气动系统设计的自动化智能包装系统。本设计通过MotoSim EG-VRC仿真软件搭建包装产线仿真系统,规划产线布局与机器人运行轨迹,满足生产节拍,缩短开发周期。实际生产表明:该控制系统可实现双工位自动包装下料,具有良好的稳定性,并且柔性化设计可以自适应多种代次的液晶玻璃基板包装下料。
In order to meet the production demand of high-generation glass substrate production line,the automatic intelligent packaging system designed by PLC combining industrial robot,servo system,sensor detection technology and pneumatic system is studied.This design uses MotoSim EG-VRC simulation software to build the packaging production line simulation system,plan the production line layout and the robot operation track to meet the production rhythm and shorten the development cycle.The actual production shows that the control system can realize double duplex automatic packaging feeding,with good stability,and the flexible.
