摘要
目的:调查重症监护病房护士心理弹性与职业倦怠状况,并分析两者的关系。方法:2024年1月选取医院重症监护病房86位护士,对其基本资料、心理弹性、职业倦怠状况进行调查,采用Pearson相关性分析法、多元线性回归模型分析心理弹性各维度得分及总分与职业倦怠各维度之间的相关性。结果:重症监护病房护士力量性、乐观性得分Connor-Davidson心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)总分为中等水平;坚韧性得分为中等偏下水平。本科、已婚、已育护士的CD-RISC总分均高于专科、未婚、未育护士(t=5.037,6.536,5.844;P<0.05);且随着年龄、工作年限的增加及职称的升高,CD-RISC总分也随之升高(P<0.05)。86位护士职业倦怠率者55例(63.95%),其中轻度职业倦怠者有11例(12.79%),中度职业倦怠者有22例(25.58%),高度职业倦怠者有22例(25.58%)。Pearson相关性分析法分析显示,坚韧性、力量性、乐观性得分与CD-RISC总分均与情感耗竭、人格解体、成就感降低得分为负相关(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,坚韧性、力量性、乐观性得分可负向预测情感耗竭、人格解体、成就感得分降低(P<0.05)。结论:重症监护病房护士心理弹性为中等水平,与年龄、学历、工作年限、职称、婚姻状况、生育状况有关,且心理弹性越低,护士职业倦怠越严重。
Objective:To investigate the psychological resilience and job burnout of nurses in intensive care unit,and to analyze the relationship between them.Methods:In January 2024,86 nurses in intensive care unit were selected to investigate their basic data,mental resilience and job burnout.Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression model were used to analyze the correlation between the scores of mental resilience and the total scores and the dimensions of job burnout.Results:The effective questionnaire recovery rate was 100%.The strength and optimism scores of nurses in intensive care unit were moderate on the Connor-Davidson Mental Resilience Scale(CD-RISC).The toughness score was below average.The total score of CD-RISC in undergraduate,married and child-rearing nurses was higher than that in professional,unmarried and childless nurses(t=5.037,6.536,5.844;P<0.05).With the increase of age,working years and professional titles,the total score of CD-RISC also increased(P<0.05).Among the 86 nurses,55 cases(63.95%)had a burnout rate,including 11 cases(12.79%)of mild burnout,22 cases(25.58%)of moderate burnout and 22 cases(25.58%)of high burnout.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the scores of resilience,strength,and optimism,as well as the CD-RISC total score,were negatively correlated with the scores of emotional exhaustion,depersonalization,and reduced personal accomplishment(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the scores of resilience,strength,and optimism could negatively predict emotional exhaustion,depersonalization,and reduced personal accomplishment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The psychological resilience of intensive care unit nurses is at a moderate level,which is related to age,educational background,years of work,professional title,shift rotation,marital status,and fertility status.Moreover,the lower the psychological resilience,the more severe the job burnout of nurses.
