摘要
为研究纤维对再生沥青混合料高温性能的影响,将玄武岩纤维和聚酯纤维掺入再生沥青混合料中,通过车辙试验对掺纤维再生沥青混合料的高温性能进行研究。结果表明,纤维掺量增加导致再生沥青混合料变形差降低和动稳定度增加,在0.2%、0.3%、0.4%和0.5%纤维掺量下,掺玄武岩纤维再生沥青混合料的变形差分别较掺聚酯纤维再生沥青混合料增大15.85%、16.07%、27.40%和41.41%,动稳定度分别降低13.68%、13.85%、21.51%和29.28%。在4.8%、5.0%、5.2%、5.4%和5.6%油石比下,掺玄武岩纤维再生沥青混合料的变形差分别较掺聚酯纤维再生沥青混合料增大7.36%、8.28%、10.00%、4.27%和4.00%,动稳定度分别降低6.86%、7.65%、9.09%、4.09%和3.85%。
In order to explore the effect of fiber on the high temperature properties of reclaimed asphalt mixture,basalt fiber and polyester fiber are mixed into reclaimed asphalt mixture,and the high temperature properties of reclaimed asphalt mixture are studied through rutting tests.The results show that:The results show that the increase of fiber content leads to a decrease of deformation difference and an increase of dynamic stability of recycled asphalt mixture.At fiber content of 0.2%,0.3%,0.4% and 0.5%,the deformation difference of recycled asphalt mixture with basalt fiber increases by 15.85%,16.07%,27.40%and 41.41%,respectively,and the dynamic stability decreases by 13.68%,13.85%,21.51% and 29.28%,respectively.Under the asphalt-aggregate ratio of 4.8%,5.0%,5.2%,5.4% and 5.6% oilstone ratios,the deformation difference of recycled asphalt mixture with basalt fiber increases by 7.36%,8.28%,10.00%,4.27% and 4.00%,respectively,and the dynamic stability decreases by 6.86%,7.65%,9.09%,4.09% and 3.85%,respectively.
