摘要
为了探究不同聚合物改性剂对基质沥青高温流变性能的影响,选择低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)和聚苯乙烯(PS)对70#基质沥青进行改性,通过动态剪切流变试验对聚合物改性沥青的高温流变性能进行研究,并与70#基质沥青进行对比。结果表明,LDPE和PS改性剂可有效改善沥青的高温性能,随着改性剂掺量的增加,LDPE和PS聚合物改性沥青的复数模量和车辙因子不断增大;LDPE和PS对聚合物改性沥青的黏性有一定的削弱作用,对其弹性有增强作用,聚合物改性沥青的相位角随改性剂掺量的增加而降低。
In order to explore the influence of different polymer modifiers on the high temperature rheological properties of matrix asphalt,low density polyethylene(LDPE)and polystyrene(PS)are selected to modify 70#matrix asphalt.The high temperature rheological properties of the polymer modified asphalt are studied by dynamic shear rheological test and compared with those of 70#matrix asphalt.The results show that LDPE and PS modifiers can effectively improve the high temperature performance of asphalt.The complex modulus and rutting factor of both LDPE and PS polymer modified asphalt increase with the increase of polymer modifier content.LDPE and PS can weaken the viscosity and enhance the elasticity of the polymer modified asphalt.And the phase Angle of polymer modified asphalt decreases with the increase of LDPE and PS content.
