水泥基混凝土材料抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能研究

摘要 硫酸盐侵蚀是影响混凝土耐久性的重要原因。本研究开展不同浸渗方式和不同离子侵蚀测试,以研究水泥基混凝土材料硫酸盐侵蚀作用下的特性。结果显示,在水泥中加入30%的矿渣粉可显著提高混凝土的抗硫酸盐腐蚀性能。掺加30%粉煤灰时,在硫酸钠侵蚀下混凝土耐蚀系数随时间增长逐渐减弱,在硫酸镁侵蚀下混凝土耐蚀系数在180d后迅速下降。就长期抗硫酸盐腐蚀性能来看,在钠、镁含量较高的环境下,掺入30%的矿渣微粉可有效改善混凝土的抗冲性。 Sulfate attack is a significant factor impacting the durability of concrete.This paper investigates the characteristics of cement-based concrete materials under sulfate attack through tests involving various immersion methods and types of ionic erosion.The results show that adding 30% slag powder to cement can significantly enhance the sulfate resistance of concrete.When added with 30% fly ash,the corrosion resistance coefficient of concrete gradually decreases with time under sodium sulfate attack,and rapidly decreases after 180 days under magnesium sulfate attack.In terms of long-term resistance to sulfate attack,adding 30% slag powder can effectively improve the impact resistance of concrete in environments with high sodium and magnesium content.
