基于改进MOPSO算法的配电网分布式储能优化配置

摘要 合理配置分布式储能可有效提升分布式光伏接入配电网的运行性能。以电压稳定系数、网络线损和储能装置容量作为指标,建立分布式光伏接入配电网系统的储能优化配置模型,在优化求解中提出一种改进的多目标粒子群优化算法。改进算法针对每次迭代中粒子和全局最优粒子的相似度来调整惯性权重的取值,使其达到全局最优;同时采用自适应学习因子增加收敛性和收敛速度;为减少决策者对最终全局最优解选取的影响,引入灰色关联投影法,从Pareto解集中获得储能的最优接入位置以及接入容量。最后在修改的IEEE 33节点配电网中进行仿真验证。仿真结果表明,所提方法可以降低三个指标,提高经济效益和安全性。 Reasonable configuration of distributed energy storage can effectively improve the operational performance of distributed photovoltaic integration into the distribution network.Using voltage stability coefficient,network line loss,and energy storage device capacity as indicators,an energy storage optimization configuration model for distributed photovoltaic access distribution network system was established.An improved multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm was proposed in the optimization solution.The improved algorithm adjusted the value of inertia weight based on the similarity between particles and the globally optimal particles in each iteration to achieve global optimization;the adaptive learning factors were simultaneously used to increase convergence and convergence speed;to reduce the influence of decision-makers on the selection of the final global optimal solution,the grey correlation projection method was introduced to obtain the optimal access location and capacity of energy storage from the Pareto solution set.Finally,simulation verification is conducted in the modified IEEE 33 node distribution network.The simulation results show that the proposed method can reduce three indicators,improve economic efficiency and safety.
