摘要
为适应弹载雷达导引头批生产的测试需求,设计一款2维伺服平台一键测试系统。对雷达导引头2维伺服平台的测试需求进行分析,对2维伺服平台的测试接口和测试流程进行梳理和统型,建立通用的自动化测试过程数据处理方法,开发参数化输入和统计结果自动输出的人机界面,通过配置参数可实现不同型号的雷达导引头2维伺服平台产品的一键测试。验证结果表明:该系统能够替代手工操作测试,效率提升5倍以上,能降低测试人员专业技术要求和操作难度,提高产品测试的可靠性,具有较高的工程参考价值。
In order to meet the test requirements of missile-borne radar seeker batch production,a one-key test system for two-dimensional servo platform is designed.The test requirements of radar seeker 2D servo platform are analyzed,the test interface and test process of 2D servo platform are sorted out and unified,the general data processing method of automatic test process is established,and the man-machine interface of parameterized input and automatic output of statistical results is developed.By configuring the parameters,the one-key test of different types of radar seeker 2D servo platform products can be realized.The verification results show that the system can replace the manual operation test,and the efficiency is improved by more than 5 times,which can reduce the professional technical requirements and operation difficulty of testers,improves the reliability of product testing,and has high engineering reference value.
