摘要
为提高产品研制效率,基于软件界面的可用性研究,结合感性工学和算法等方法,总结适用于装配工艺设计软件界面设计的一系列方法。通过对装配工艺设计软件进行功能研究分析,选择具体功能图标,结合设计调查得到答题行为分析数据,选择适合于装配工艺设计软件的功能图标设计风格。结果表明:该方法能提高产品可装配性验证、规划和分析装配过程的步骤和环节,提升工作效率。
In order to improve the efficiency of product development,based on the usability research of software interface,combined with Kansei engineering and algorithm,a series of methods suitable for the design of assembly process planning software interface are summarized.Through the function research and analysis of the assembly process design software,select the specific function icon,combined with the answer behavior analysis data obtained from the design survey,select the function icon design style suitable for the assembly process design software.The results show that the method can improve the steps and links of product assembly ability verification,planning and analysis of assembly process,and improve work efficiency.
