摘要
采用BWELDY700QL2高强度调质钢作为车载钻修机中井架起升横梁的主材料,由此对BWELDY700QL2高强度调质钢进行焊接研究。按照美国焊接学会标准评定焊接工艺,确定合适的焊接工艺,采用GM100实心焊丝,进行富氩熔化极气体保护焊,同时解决BWELDY700QL2高强度调质钢与常用Q355B低合金钢的焊接匹配问题,在实际生产中获得性能优异的焊接接头。
The BWELDY700QL2 high-strength quenched and tempered steel was used as the main material of the derrick lifting beam in the vehicle-mounted drilling and repair machine,and the welding research of the BWELDY700QL2 high-strength quenched and tempered steel was carried out.According to the standard of the American Welding Society,the welding process was evaluated,the appropriate welding process was determined,the GM100 solid welding wire was used to carry out argon-rich GMAW,at the same time solve the welding matching problem of the BWELDY700QL2 high-strength quenched and tempered steel and the commonly used Q355B low-alloy steel,and obtain welded joint with excellent performance in actual production.
