高效多功能堵漏装置的研制

Development of High-efficiency Multi-functional Plugging Device

钻井作业中,井漏严重制约钻井速度,造成经济损失。对此,研制了高效多功能堵漏装置。介绍了装置的总体设计,给出了装置的作业流程,并分析了装置的关键装备和技术,包括机械化加料装置、大通过率堵漏泵、电动破袋装置、无死角清洗装置、挤注控压技术、远程可视化控制技术。最后对高效多功能堵漏装置的厂内试验和现场应用情况进行了介绍。

During drilling operation,well leakage seriously restricts the drilling speed and causes economic loss.In this regard,a high-efficiency multi-functional plugging device had been developed.The overall design of the device was introduced,the operation process of the device was given,and the key equipment and technology of the device were analyzed,including mechanized feeding device,large pass rate plugging pump,electric bag breaking device,no dead angle cleaning device,extrusion and pressure control technology,and remote visual control technology.Finally,the in-plant test and field application of the high-efficiency multifunctional plugging device were introduced.
