ChatGPT类技术可以赋能职业教育高质量发展,同时也面临着现实的挑战,如教师队伍素质提高、教学模式转型等诸多方面的问题。但是,人类是最能动的,可以通过多种方法和有效的措施加以避免或减轻消极影响。文章从提高教师信息技术素质、实施教学教法改革、完善教学改革范式、主导思想政治舆论方向、深化师生情感对话交流、保护师生个人隐私等方面,进行全方位的探讨,以期对职业教育教学者有所帮助。

ChatGPT technology can empower the high-quality development of vocational education,but it also faces practical challenges such as improving the quality of the teaching staff and transforming teaching models.However,humans are the most dynamic and can avoid or mitigate negative impacts through various methods and effective measures.The article explores comprehensively from multiple dimensions,including improving teachers′information technology literacy,implementing teaching method reforms,improving teaching reform paradigms,leading ideological and political public opinion directions,deepening emotional dialogue and communication between teachers and students,and protecting personal privacy of teachers and students,in order to provide assistance to vocational education scholars.
