The Theoretical Advantages and Practical Paths of Labor Education for College Students under the Academy System

加强劳动教育是进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治工作的重要载体,是深化和健全“三全育人”理念与“五育并举”教育体系建设的重要内容,是推进学校治理体系和治理能力现代化建设的重要突破口。基于宁夏大学博雅书院开展大学生劳动教育的实践探索,探讨新时代高校书院如何发挥自身的制度优势、场域优势和文化优势,让劳动教育贴近学生、常态化实施、动态化评价,有效地将劳动教育融入高校人才培养体系,构建德智体美劳全面培养的育人体系。

Strengthening labor education is an important carrier for further strengthening and improving the ideological and political work of college students,an important content for deepening and improving the construction of the"three comprehensive education"and"five education simultaneously"education systems,and an important breakthrough for promoting the modernization of school governance system and governance capacity.Based on the practical exploration of carrying out labor education for college students at Boya Academy of Ningxia University,this paper explores how college academies in the new era can leverage their institutional advantages,field advantages,and cultural advantages to make labor education closer to students,implement it regularly,and evaluate it dynamically,effectively integrating labor education into the talent cultivation system of universities,and constructing a comprehensive education system for morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor.
