融合教育理念下高等特殊教育建设与实践分析

摘要 融合教育理念下,高等特殊教育积极优化转型是贯彻落实“特殊教育普惠发展”要求的时代必需,文章提出了规范招生工作以吸引特殊学生、优化专业课程以落实特殊教育、创新教学模式以实现个性培养、完善实践基地以促进教育融合、丰富校园活动以优化人文环境、完善服务体系以服务特殊学生、加强队伍建设以保障教育质量等举措,应用案例研究方法,并结合具体实例逐一阐释了这些举措的实施效果。 Within the framework of inclusive education,the proactive optimization and transformation of higher special education are imperative for fulfilling the era’s mandate of"inclusive development of special education".This paper proposes a series of measures,including standardizing enrollment procedures to attract special students,optimizing specialized courses to actualize special education,innovating teaching methodologies to facilitate personalized development,enhancing practical training facilities to promote educational integration,enriching campus activities to improve the cultural atmosphere,refining service systems to cater to the needs of special students,and strengthening staff training to ensure educational quality.Through the utilization of case study methodology and the integration of specific examples,this paper systematically elaborates on the implementation effects of these measures.
