摘要
锂电池是当前电动汽车普遍选用的动力电池,快速、安全的充电方法仍是制约电动汽车普及的关键技术。现有锂电池快速充电方法、充电效率和消除极化等还需优化。文章研究了田口法正交实验优化充电电流原理,并基于模糊控制器求解得出多阶电流的优化值、正负脉冲间的间歇时长和脉冲幅值,通过实验测试验证了文中所提多阶段快速充电方法,提升了充电速度,延长了电池寿命。
Lithium battery is the current electric vehicle widely used power battery,fast and safe charging method is still the key technology restricting the popularity of electric vehicles.The existing lithium battery fast charging methods,charging efficiency and polarization elimination need to be optimized.This paper studies the principle of orthogonal experimental optimization of charging current by Taguchi method,and obtains the optimization value of multi-stage current,the interval time between positive and negative pulses and the pulse amplitude based on fuzzy controller.The multi-stage fast charging method proposed in this paper is verified by experimental tests,which improves the charging speed and prolongs the battery life.
