宫腔镜下电切术与刮宫术对子宫内膜息肉的治疗效果比较研究

Comparison of Therapeutic Effects of Hysteroscopic Resection and Curettage for Endometrial Polyps

对比宫腔镜下电切术及刮宫术对子宫内膜息肉的治疗效果。选取2020年1月—2022年8月医院收治的50例子宫内膜息肉患者为研究对象,随机将患者均分为对照组和观察组,每组各25例。对照组实施刮宫术治疗,观察组实施宫腔镜下电切术治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、手术指标、疼痛指标以及生活质量评分。结果显示,观察组治疗效果、手术指标、疼痛指标以及生活质量评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,宫腔镜下电切术治疗子宫内膜息肉相较于刮宫术可优化患者的治疗效果,改善患者的手术指标以及生活质量评分,建议在临床推广。

Compare the therapeutic effects of hysteroscopic resection and curettage on endometrial polyps.Fifty patients with endometrial polyps admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received curettage treatment,while the observation group received hysteroscopic resection treatment.The treatment effects,surgical indicators,pain indicators,and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups of patients.The results showed that the observation group had better treatment efficacy,surgical indicators,pain indicators,and quality of life scores than the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that hysteroscopic resection for the treatment of endometrial polyps can optimize the treatment outcomes of patients compared to curettage,improve surgical indicators and quality of life scores,and is recommended for clinical promotion.
