血常规生化检验在高脂血症患者临床诊断中的应用研究

Application of Blood Routine Biochemical Testing in Clinical Diagnosis of Hyperlipidemia Patients

研究血常规生化检验在高脂血症患者临床诊断中的应用价值。选取2022年1月—2023年2月于浙江省人民医院毕节医院接受治疗的61例高脂血症患者,纳入观察组。选取同期于浙江省人民医院毕节医院进行健康检查的59例健康体检者,纳入对照组。对两组研究对象均进行血常规生化检验,对比两组研究对象的血常规结果和生化指标,分析血常规生化检验在高脂血症诊断中的应用价值。结果显示,两组研究对象的RBC、HCT、MCV比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组研究对象的WBC、PLT、Hb、MCH、MCHC高于对照组,MPV低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组研究对象的BUN比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组的GLU、TbiL、ALT均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,高脂血症患者和健康人群的生化指标存在一定的差异,WBC和PLT指标的差异最大,对患者实施血常规生化检验可有效诊断和鉴别高脂血症。

Study the application value of blood routine biochemical tests in the clinical diagnosis of patients with hyperlipidemia.Sixty one patients with hyperlipidemia who received treatment at Zhejiang Provincial People’s Hospital Bijie Hospital from January 2022 to February 2023 were selected and included in the observation group.59 healthy individuals who underwent health examinations at Bijie Hospital of Zhejiang Provincial People’s Hospital during the same period were selected and included in the control group.Perform blood routine biochemical tests on both groups of research subjects,compare the blood routine results and biochemical indicators of the two groups of research subjects,and analyze the application value of blood routine biochemical tests in the diagnosis of hyperlipidemia.The results showed that there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in RBC,HCT,and MCV between the two study groups;The WBC,PLT,Hb,MCH,and MCHC of the study subjects in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the MPV was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in BUN between the two groups of research subjects(P>0.05);The GLU,TbiL,and ALT levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Research has found that there are certain differences in biochemical indicators between patients with hyperlipidemia and healthy individuals,with the greatest difference in WBC and PLT indicators.Conducting blood routine biochemical tests on patients can effectively diagnose and differentiate hyperlipidemia.
