中医多法联用治疗肾虚血瘀型自身免疫性复发性流产的临床效果评价

Clinical Evaluation of the Combined Use of Multiple Traditional Chinese Medicine Methods in the Treatment of Autoimmune Recurrent Miscarriage of Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type

探讨中医多法联用在肾虚血瘀型自身免疫性复发性流产治疗中的效果。选取2021年5月—2023年5月临沂市中医医院妇产科收治的100例肾虚血瘀型自身免疫性复发性流产患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各50例。对照组实施补肾祛瘀方+低分子肝素钠治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上实施当归散+中医针灸、耳穴压豆及穴位敷贴等治疗,对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果显示,治疗后,观察组临床疗效及各项指标水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,对肾虚血瘀型自身免疫性复发性流产患者实施中医多法联用治疗方案,能够促进患者中医症状改善以及临床疗效提升,提高患者的免疫耐受力,有效调节患者性激素水平,具有较高的应用价值。

Exploring the effect of combining multiple traditional Chinese medicine methods in the treatment of autoimmune recurrent miscarriage of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.Selecting 100 patients with autoimmune recurrent miscarriage of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type admitted to the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Linyi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 as the research subjects,they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Kidney Tonifying and Stasis Removing Prescription+Low Molecular Weight Heparin Sodium,and the observation group was treated with Danggui Powder+Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion,ear points pressing beans and acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared.The results showed that after treatment,the clinical efficacy and various indicator levels of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that implementing a combination therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and multiple methods can promote the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and clinical efficacy in patients with autoimmune recurrent miscarriage of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,enhance their immune tolerance,effectively regulate their sex hormone levels,and have high application value.
