中西医结合护理干预应用于初产妇剖宫产术后护理的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing Intervention in Postoperative Care of Primiparous Women Undergoing Cesarean Section

分析中西医结合护理干预应用于初产妇剖宫产术后护理的效果。选取2022年6月—2023年6月青岛大学附属威海市立第二医院收治的90例行剖宫产的初产妇为研究对象,随机将其分为常规组和试验组两组,每组各45例。常规组采用常规护理,试验组采用中西医结合护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果显示,试验组整体护理效果优于常规组(P<0.05)。研究发现,在初产妇剖宫产术后护理中应用中西医结合护理干预,可缩短产妇泌乳始动时间,增加产妇泌乳量,加速产妇产后恢复,提高产妇满意度,值得推广。

Analyze the effectiveness of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing interventions in postoperative care for primiparous women undergoing cesarean section.Ninety primiparous women who underwent cesarean section and were admitted to Weihai Municipal Second Hospital affiliated to Qingdao University from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 45 cases in each group.The routine group received routine nursing care,while the experimental group received integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing care.The nursing effects of the two groups of primiparous women were compared.The results showed that the overall nursing effect of the experimental group was better than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Research has found that in the postoperative care of primiparous women undergoing cesarean section,the use of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing interventions can shorten the onset time of lactation,increase lactation volume,accelerate postpartum recovery,and improve maternal satisfaction.It is worth promoting.
