ICU危重症经口气管插管患者术后咽痛的影响因素及针对性护理效果观察

Observation on the Influencing Factors and Targeted Nursing Effects of Postoperative Sore Throat in Critically Ill Patients Undergoing Oral Endotracheal Intubation in ICU

探讨ICU危重症经口气管插管患者术后咽痛的影响因素以及实施针对性护理的临床疗效。选取2021年1月—2021年5月黔南州人民医院收治的32例ICU危重症经口气管插管患者为研究对象,根据入院时间的不同将患者分为对照组和研究组,每组各16例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施针对性护理,分析和探讨患者出现术后咽痛的影响因素,比较两组患者咽痛分级情况以及护理满意度。结果显示,患者术后咽痛的影响因素包括气管导管材质、气管置管方式、套囊压力等;研究组0级咽痛患者数量多于对照组,组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者护理总满意率高于对照组,组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,ICU危重症经口气管插管患者术后容易出现咽痛情况,采取具有针对性的护理措施可有效缓解患者相关临床症状。

Exploring the influencing factors of postoperative sore throat in critically ill ICU patients undergoing oral endotracheal intubation and the clinical efficacy of implementing targeted nursing.Selecting 32 critically ill ICU patients with endotracheal intubation admitted to Qiannan People's Hospital from January 2021 to May 2021 as the research subjects,the patients were divided into a control group and a study group based on their admission time,with 16 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the study group received targeted nursing care.The influencing factors of postoperative sore throat in patients were analyzed and explored,and the grading of sore throat and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.The results showed that the influencing factors of postoperative sore throat in patients include tracheal tube material,tracheal intubation method,cuffpressure,etc;The number of patients with grade 0 sore throat in the research group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference in data between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The overall satisfaction rate of patient care in the research group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference in data between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Research has found that critically ill patients undergoing oral endotracheal intubation in ICU are prone to postoperative sore throat,and targeted nursing measures can effectively alleviate related clinical symptoms in patients.
