摘要
探讨研究型学习在医学检验专业中的实施策略和效果。选取2022年1月—2023年6月广东医科大学附属第二医院33例检验医学科实习生作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组两组。观察组(n=17)采用研究型学习模式[包括问题导向学习(PBL)、案例学习(CBL)和团队学习(TBL)等],对照组(n=16)采用传统教学模式(讲授式教学)。比较两组实习生的测试成绩、问卷调查结果、对教学模式的满意度,评估研究型学习在医学检验专业中的应用效果。结果显示,观察组测试成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组问卷调查结果显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组对教学模式的满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,研究型学习在医学检验专业中具有显著优势,可提高实习生的考试成绩、自主学习能力、学习满意度和职业规划认知水平,建议在医学检验专业中推广。
Explore the implementation strategies and effects of research-based learning in the field of medical laboratory science.33 interns from the Department of Laboratory Medicine at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The observation group(n=17)adopted a research-based learning mode,including problem-based learning(PBL),case learning(CBL),and team learning(TBL),while the control group(n=16)adopted a traditional teaching mode(lecture based teaching).Compare the test scores,questionnaire survey results,and satisfaction with the teaching mode of two groups of interns,and evaluate the application effect of research-based learning in the medical laboratory major.The results showed that the test scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The survey results of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction of the observation group with the teaching mode was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that research-based learning has significant advantages in the medical laboratory major,as it can improve interns’exam scores,self-learning abilities,learning satisfaction,and career planning cognitive levels.It is recommended to promote it in the medical laboratory major.
