知信行健康宣教对轮状病毒肠炎患儿家属健康教育知识知晓度的影响研究

Analysis of the Impact of Knowledge,Belief,and Practice Health Education on the Awareness of Health Education Knowledge among Family Members of Children with Rotavirus Enteritis

研究知信行健康宣教对轮状病毒肠炎患儿家属健康教育知识知晓度的影响。选取2021年6月—2023年10月广西壮族自治区南溪山医院收治的40例轮状病毒肠炎患儿为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患儿分为两组,分别为对照组(n=20,实施常规宣教)和试验组(n=20,实施知信行健康宣教),比较两组患儿家属知识掌握程度和健康知识水平。结果显示,试验组患儿家属对知识的掌握情况优于对照组(P<0.05);护理前,两组患儿家属的健康知识水平比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);护理后,试验组患儿家属的健康知识水平评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,知信行健康宣教模式可增加轮状病毒肠炎患儿家属对疾病相关知识的了解,促使患儿更快康复。

Study the impact of knowledge,belief,and practice health education on the awareness of health education knowledge among family members of children with rotavirus enteritis.Forty children with rotavirus enteritis admitted to Nanxishan Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from June 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The children were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method:a control group(n=20,receiving routine education)and an experimental group(n=20,receiving knowledge,belief,and practice health education).The knowledge mastery and health knowledge level of the family members of the two groups were compared.The results showed that the family members of the experimental group had a better grasp of knowledge than the control group(P<0.05);Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the level of health knowledge between the families of the two groups of sick children;After nursing,the health knowledge level score of the family members of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the knowledge,belief,and action health education model can increase the understanding of disease-related knowledge among the families of children with rotavirus enteritis,promoting faster recovery for the children.
