摘要
探索微课联合临床路径教学法在泌尿外科临床教学中的应用效果。将60例于福建医科大学附属第一医院泌尿外科实习的五年制临床医学专业实习生平均分为对照组和试验组,对照组采取传统教学法,试验组采取微课联合临床路径教学法。教学结束后进行考核,比较两组实习生的成绩,并对教学效果进行问卷调查。结果显示,试验组理论成绩、实操成绩均高于对照组,组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在问卷调查各单项得分及总分中,微课联合临床路径教学评价均优于传统教学,组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,应用微课联合临床路径教学法能够显著提高实习生主观能动性及积极性,增强其操作技能,提高课堂教学的效率,可为日后泌尿外科教学实践创新提供新思路。
Exploring the application effect of micro course combined with clinical pathway teaching method in clinical teaching of urology.Sixty five-year clinical medical interns who interned in the Department of Urology at the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University were evenly divided into a control group and an experimental group.The control group received traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group received micro course combined with clinical pathway teaching methods.After the teaching is completed,an assessment will be conducted to compare the performance of two groups of interns,and a questionnaire survey will be conducted to evaluate the teaching effectiveness.The results showed that the theoretical and practical scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference in data between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the questionnaire survey,the evaluation of micro course combined with clinical pathway teaching was superior to traditional teaching in terms of individual scores and total scores,and the data difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Research has found that the application of micro courses combined with clinical pathway teaching method can significantly improve the subjective initiative and enthusiasm of interns,enhance their operational skills,improve the efficiency of classroom teaching,and provide new ideas for innovative teaching practices in urology in the future.
