超声引导下髂筋膜阻滞复合全麻在老年患者全膝关节置换术中优势评价

Evaluation of the Advantages of Ultrasound-guided Iliac Fascia Block Combined with General Anesthesia in Total Knee Arthroplasty in Elderly Patients

分析为老年全膝关节置换术(TKA)患者实施超声引导下髂筋膜阻滞(FIB)复合全麻的临床优势。选择2021年6月—2022年6月于兴安界首骨伤医院膝外科行全膝关节置换术的50例老年患者为研究对象,使用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各25例。观察组实施超声引导下髂筋膜阻滞复合全身麻醉,对照组实施静吸联合全身麻醉,对比两组患者应激反应、生活质量、全麻相关指标及不良反应。结果显示,观察组患者的应激反应控制情况、全麻相关指标、生活质量、不良反应控制效果等指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,超声引导下髂筋膜阻滞复合全麻应用于老年全膝关节置换术是一种安全、有效的麻醉方式,可以减少患者应激反应,优化老年全膝关节置换患者的全麻管理,提升患者生活质量。

Analyze the clinical advantages of ultrasound-guided iliofibular block(FIB)combined with general anesthesia for elderly patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty(TKA).Fifty elderly patients who underwent total knee replacement surgery at Xing’an Jieshou Orthopedic Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The observation group received ultrasound-guided iliac fascia block combined with general anesthesia,while the control group received a combination of intravenous and inhalation general anesthesia.The stress response,quality of life,general anesthesia related indicators,and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the stress response control,general anesthesia related indicators,quality of life,and adverse reaction control effects of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Research has found that ultrasound-guided iliac fascia block combined with general anesthesia is a safe and effective anesthesia method for elderly patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty.It can reduce patient stress reactions,optimize general anesthesia management for elderly patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty,and improve their quality of life.
