心脏彩超诊断高血压左室肥厚伴左心力衰竭的临床效果观察

Observation of the Clinical Effect of Echocardiography in the Diagnosis of Hypertension with Left Ventricular Hypertrophy and Left Heart Failure

探讨分析将心脏彩超用于诊断高血压左室肥厚伴心力衰竭的效果。选取2022年3月—2023年3月浙江省人民医院毕节医院收治的29例高血压左室肥厚伴心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,将其纳入观察组;选取2022年3月—2023年3月于浙江省人民医院毕节医院进行体检的29例健康人作为研究对象,将其纳入对照组。两组研究对象均使用心脏彩超检查心脏状况,对比两组研究对象的彩超检查结果,观察组内不同心功能等级的彩超检查结果。结果显示,观察组各心脏参数(左室收缩末期内径、左室舒张末期内径、射血分数等)均比对照组更差(P<0.05),同组内心脏功能分级较差患者的彩超检查结果也显示其心脏形态和功能更差(P<0.05)。研究发现,患者心脏结构和功能的改变能够通过彩超充分显示,证明心脏彩超诊断高血压左室肥厚伴心力衰竭的效果显著。

Explore and analyze the effectiveness of using cardiac ultrasound for the diagnosis of hypertension,left ventricular hypertrophy,and heart failure.29 patients with hypertension,left ventricular hypertrophy,and heart failure admitted to Zhejiang Provincial People’s Hospital Bijie Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects and included in the observation group;29 healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations at Bijie Hospital of Zhejiang Provincial People’s Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects and included in the control group.Both groups of study subjects underwent cardiac ultrasound examination to assess their cardiac condition.The ultrasound results of the two groups were compared to observe the ultrasound results of different levels of cardiac function within each group.The results showed that all cardiac parameters(left ventricular end systolic diameter,left ventricular end diastolic diameter,ejection fraction,etc.)in the observation group were worse than those in the control group(P<0.05).The ultrasound examination results of patients with poor cardiac function grading in the same group also showed that their cardiac morphology and function were worse(P<0.05).Research has found that changes in the structure and function of the patient’s heart can be fully displayed through ultrasound,demonstrating the significant effectiveness of cardiac ultrasound in diagnosing hypertension,left ventricular hypertrophy,and heart failure.
