橡皮障技术在牙髓炎充填患者护理中的应用效果研究

分析在牙髓炎充填患者护理中应用橡皮障技术对于患者治疗效果的影响。选取贵阳市口腔医院自2022年6月—2023年5月接受牙髓炎充填治疗的100例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组采用常规护理方式进行牙体充填术,观察组在常规护理基础上,采用橡皮障技术进行辅助治疗,从疼痛情况、心理状态、治疗舒适度、治疗满意度等方面进行比较分析,并调查分析患者对于橡皮障应用的接受程度。结果表明,护理后,观察组患者疼痛程度以及负面情绪评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者不适感发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,橡皮障技术在牙髓炎充填患者护理中具有较强的易操作性和实用性,对于缓解患者疼痛不适、改善其负面情绪等方面有着积极意义,能够提升患者口腔治疗效果,值得临床推广。

To analyze the effect of rubber dam technology on the treatment effect of patients with pulpitis filling.A total of 100 patients who received pulpitis filling treatment in Guiyang Hospital of Stomatology from June 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional nursing for dental filling,and the observation group was treated with rubber dam technology on the basis of routine nursing,and the pain situation,psychological state,treatment comfort,treatment satisfaction and other aspects were compared and analyzed,and the patients’acceptance of rubber dam application was investigated and analyzed.The results showed that the pain level and negative mood scores of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the satisfaction with nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of discomfort in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The study found that rubber dam technology has strong ease of operation and practicability in the care of pulpitis filling patients,and has positive significance for relieving patients’pain and discomfort and improving their negative emotions,which can improve the oral treatment effect of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
