多点近视离焦眼镜配合低浓度阿托品对青少年近视度数控制的研究

摘要 探究多点近视离焦眼镜配合低浓度阿托品对青少年近视度数控制的影响。2021年1月—2023年1月,选取86例青少年近视患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各43例。对照组采用普通单光眼镜进行近视度数控制,观察组采用多点近视离焦眼镜配合低浓度阿托品进行近视度数控制,比较两组患者裸眼视力变化情况。结果显示,治疗12个月后,观察组裸眼视力均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,多点近视离焦眼镜配合低浓度阿托品治疗,可以有效控制青少年近视患者的屈光度、眼轴长度和裸眼视力变化。 Exploring the effect of multi-point myopia defocusing glasses combined with low concentration atropine on the control of myopia degree in adolescents.From January 2021 to January 2023,86 adolescent myopia patients were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group used ordinary single lens glasses for myopia control,while the observation group used multi-point myopia defocusing glasses combined with low concentration atropine for myopia control.The changes in naked eye vision between the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that after 12 months of treatment,the observation group had better uncorrected visual acuity than the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the use of multi-point myopia defocusing glasses combined with low concentration atropine treatment can effectively control the refractive error,axial length,and naked eye vision changes in adolescent myopia patients.
