房颤射频消融术后出院患者的药物素养现状及其影响因素研究

Research on the Current Status and Influencing Factors of Drug Literacy in Patients Discharged after Radiofrequency Ablation for Atrial Fibrillation

分析探讨房颤射频消融术后出院患者的药物素养现状及其影响因素,为提高心房颤动患者药物素养水平以降低术后复发风险提供指导依据。选取2023年5月—2023年10月广东省人民医院收治并实施房颤射频消融术的154例患者作为研究对象。比较研究对象的基本情况和药物素养水平,分析药物素养的影响因素。结果显示,154例患者药物素养得分为(4.18±2.00)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,性别、学历以及有无运动习惯是影响患者药物素养的重要因素(P<0.05),该回归模型能解释60.7%的变化。研究发现,房颤射频消融术后出院患者的药物素养仍处于较低水平,医护人员应根据出院患者的实际情况进行有针对性的药物宣教,提供便于理解的药物信息,提高患者的药物素养水平。

Analyze and explore the current status and influencing factors of drug literacy in patients discharged after radiofrequency ablation for atrial fibrillation,in order to provide guidance for improving the drug literacy level of atrial fibrillation patients and reducing the risk of postoperative recurrence.154 patients with atrial fibrillation who underwent radiofrequency ablation at Guangdong General Hospital from May 2023 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects.Compare the basic situation and drug literacy level of the research subjects,and analyze the influencing factors of drug literacy.The results showed that the drug literacy score of 154 patients was(4.18±2.00)points.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender,education level,and exercise habits were important factors affecting patients’drug literacy(P<0.05),and this regression model could explain 60.7%of the changes.Research has found that the drug literacy of discharged patients with atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency ablation is still at a low level.Medical staffshould provide targeted drug education based on the actual situation of discharged patients,provide easy to understand drug information,and improve patients’drug literacy level.
