基于1+X证书制度的高职院校双师型教师教学创新团队建设逻辑研究

摘要 对接1+X证书制度,开展高职院校双师型教师教学创新团队建设逻辑研究,是高职院校立足学校1+X证书制度推动双师型教师教学创新团队建设的实践起点,是高职院校践行新时代国家职业教育改革关键任务的重要课题。从重塑产教融合和校企合作、育训融合、书证融通,探讨了1+X证书制度背景下高职院校教师发展的机遇和挑战,回答了对接1+X证书制度,为什么要建设双师型教师教学创新团队而不是其他类型教师团队;结合我国1+X证书制度试点和双师型教师教学创新团队建设目标,把握1+X证书制度对师资队伍的需求,明确双师型教师教学创新团队建设任务和建设方向,解决建设怎样的双师型教师教学创新团队问题,以期进一步丰富高职院校双师型教师教学创新团队建设理论研究。 Docking with the I+X certificate system,carrying out the basic theoretical research on the construction of the teaching innovation team of double-qualified teachers in higher vocational colleges is the practical starting point for promoting the construction of double-qualified teachers'teaching innovation team based on the school's 1+X certificate system,and an important topic for higher vocational colleges to carry out the key tasks of national vocational education reform in the new era.The paper discussed the development opportunities and challenges of higher vocational college teachers under the background of 1+X certificate system from the perspective of reshaping the integration of production and education and school-enterprise cooperation,integration of education and training,and integration of documents and certificates,and answered the question of why we should build a doublequalified teachers'teaching innovation team instead of other types of teacher teams in connection with the 1+X certificate system.At the same time,combining with the pilot of China's 1+X certificate system and the goal of the construction of double-qualified teachers'teaching innovation team,grasping the demand of 1+X certificate system for teachers,clarifying the task and direction of the construction of double-qualified teachers'teaching innovation team,and solving the problem of how to build a double-qualified teachers'teaching innovation team to further enrich the higher vocational colleges double-qualified teachers'teaching innovation team construction theory.
