高职教育人工智能人才培养模式的价值取向与实践路径研究

摘要 一个国家人工智能人才培养水平的高低,决定其在人工智能国际竞争中能否抓住重要机遇。从价值取向角度,高职教育人工智能人才培养模式要在培养目标、课程体系、内容教学与管理机制上进行适应性改革与有效性创新。从实践路径角度,需要以学科专业建设为基础,以产教融合发展为路径,以科技创新体系为支撑,以评价改革为导向,以终身教育理念为引领,推进人工智能人才培养的系统化、协同化、高阶化、个性化与终身化。 The level of artificial intelligence talent cultivation in a country determines whether it can seize important opportunities in the international competition of artificial intelligence.From the perspective of value orientation,the training mode of artificial intelligence talent in higher vocational education should undergo adaptive reform and effective innovation in training objectives,curriculum system,content teaching and management mechanism.From the perspective of practical path,it is necessary to take the construction of disciplines and majors as the foundation,the integration of industry and education as the path,the system of scientific and technological innovation as the support,the evaluation reform as the lead,and the concept of lifelong education as the guide,to promote the systematic,collaborative,advanced,personalized,and lifelong cultivation of artificial intelligence talent.
