媒体融合环境下地方电视台广播电视安全播出技术分析

Analysis of Broadcasting and Television Safety Broadcast Technology of Local Television Stations in Media Convergence Context

媒体融合对地方电视台广播电视安全提出了更高的要求,为保证地方媒体广播电视播出的安全性和稳定性,本文以地方电视台广播电视安全播出期间所采取的技术措施为例,系统阐述了媒体融合环境下地方电视台安全播出技术管理要点,并提出了广播电视安全播出具体措施,研究结果表明,通过加强技术安全保障与应急维护、信息调度指挥,能够确保广播电视播出的安全性。

Media convergence has put forward higher requirements for broadcasting and television safety of local television stations.In order to ensure the safety and stability of local media broadcasting and television broadcast,this paper takes the technical measures taken by local television stations during the safe broadcast of broadcasting and television as an example,systematically expounds the key points of technical management of local television stations during the safe broadcast of broadcasting and television in the environment of media convergence,and puts forward specific measures for the safe broadcast of broadcasting and television.The research results show that,the safety of broadcasting and television broadcast can be ensured by strengthening technical safety guarantee and emergency maintenance,information dispatching and command.
