专创融合教育理念下“食品添加剂及应用”课程教学改革

摘要 “食品添加剂及应用”课程是郑州轻工业大学食品科学与工程专业最重要的专业必修课之一。课程教学团队针对以往课程教学中存在的问题和不足,以培养学生的创新创业能力为目的,从教学资源设计、教学内容、教学设计、创新实践、教学方法、教学考核等多方面进行了专创融合教学改革,提出了一套提高学生创新创业能力的专创融合课程教学体系,并在近年来的“食品添加剂及应用”课程教学过程中进行了实践和完善,提高了课程教学质量,有效促进了专业教育和创新创业教育的深度有机融合,取得了良好的人才培养效果。 The course Food Additives and Applications has always been one of the most important compulsory courses for the major food science and engineering in our university.In view of the problems and deficiencies in previous teaching courses,our teaching team had carried out the teaching reform based on the integration of specialation and innovation from many aspects such as teaching resource design,teaching content,teaching design,innovative practice,teaching methods,teaching assessment and other aspects for the purpose of enhancing students'innovative spirit and ability.We proposed a set of teaching systems based on the integration of specialation and innovation to improve students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability.Moreover,the teaching systems had been carried out in in recent years.It was found that the teaching quality had been effectively improved,the deep integration of specialation and innovation had been achieved,and good talent training results had been achieved.
