摘要
在当前的时代背景下,培养创新型人才变得尤为重要。而教育方法作为影响教学质量的一个重要因素对学生的培养至关重要,因此要对教学方法进行深入探索。Seminar教学法是一种以学生为主体的教育方式,虽然该方法在国内逐渐开始发展,但在食品专业课程中的运用和探索还较少。对Seminar教学法进行介绍,阐明了Seminar教学法对提高学生能力培养的优势,将Seminar教学法融入食品科学与工程专业相关课程的教学中,并对基于该方法的教学探索经历进行了总结。
In the current context,cultivating innovative talents has become particularly important.Seminar teaching method is a kind of student-oriented education method,and although the method gradually starts to develop in China,it is still less used and explored in food professional courses.This paper introduced the Seminar teaching method,clarifies the advantages of the Seminar teaching method for improving students'ability cultivation,integrated the Seminar teaching method into the teaching of courses related to food science and engineering,and summarized the teaching exploration experience based on the method.
